Here is an embossed earthenware tub made by JL Mott Ironworks in 1887. Erathenware tubs were some of the finest tubs ever made and extremely hard to find anymore

To the right and below is a very rare and extremely hard to find Bath tub seat. This was a great accessory available in the Victorian era through the 1920's. Wood seats on an adjustable nickel plated adjustable frame. The one on the right is available.

To the right and below is one of the nicer tubs I've had and it's unusual in that it's a 6 foot tub. It is a wide rimmed, porcelain cast iron tub on very large and rare earthenware pedestal legs. An amazing tub in good original condition. Made and stamped by JL Mott Iron works co. See additional pics below of original advertisement of this tub and a photo of the inside of it.

Nice Earthenware Sitz bath tub on pedestal. All original hardware. very good original condition with some spots and crazing in the finish, but still very good. These wonderful fixtures were used by the very wealthy to soak and relax in. A private jacuzzi so to speak. Also was used for theraputic reasons as well.
